And, I couldn't agree more. The more I sit through bible meetings at churchm, and hear so-called bible believers condemning gays and other groups pisses me off. Instead of embracing everyone, and encouraging people to follow God's word, they bash them and ostracize the culture.

Homosexuality is NOT the worst sin in the bible. In fact, if you want to get technical, the bible spends way more time denouncing PRIDE and Hypocrisy than homosexuality. So, why not get on a soapbox and bash judgmental types?

define pride....do you mean productive pride like taking pride in your work and going forth to do well in life

or do you meana foolish pride that ends up with people stuck in miserable lives and killing each other

Why not take pride in different things that we achieve?


Anyhow, I must agree with you Q. Our message should be love. Not bashing people for different things we go through. ALL fall short.

When I talk about christianity, sometimes I refer to "true christians" or something like that. This is the kind of shit I mean, how some christians dont know anything about what they are doing, and some do... But people just say "wtf is a 'true christian,' that is offensive somehow."

It's really hard to deny something that doesn't make sense to you, and to defend yourself mentally and physically without pride. Seems kinda useful that it wouldn't be there. And I don't think it does @ dmx jr
