I think it would be a good idea to list you accomplishments and goals. Then come back and update your post with how your doing with them once in a while. just list things you'd like to do, and some you have done and compare them. like things I want to do_______ quit smoking- stopped last night...had one today, and I'm giving it another shot.... lol.....not great but it's a start...2pm...smoking one more....last one...for real.. only drink on Fridays - going ok so far ...... ____________________________________ try NOT to be dueche bags for once?
