Little kids making up fake numbers

Ok.
We've all done this growing up "I'm a thousand times better" "I'm a million times better" "I'm a Crabillion times better" Now, I realize Crabillion isn't a word. However, I've known no "fake number" more common and made up by a child than "A Bajillion" Where the FUCK does Bajillion come from and why does every human being on earth have the tendency to make it up some point in their life? Serious question.
