If you're smart you won't use anybodies else's techniques. What sounds good for them might not sound as good on you. If you have a high voice mess with the lows if you have a low voice mess with the highs. It's not really about effects, effects really don't mean nothing.

I Use The Native Waves Plugins The C1 Comp & The 6band Eq On The Vocals...

6band Eq? you have time to tell me about any of these, real quick over view?

All I really do is EQ, then I use the Native Waves Plugin for the C1 Compressor, RCL, and L1 Ultramaximizer. Ecko told me about the RCL and L1 Ultramaximizer and I still use the presets he told me to. I'd fuck around with them, but it always seems to come out nice for me, so I just leave well enough alone

Native Waves is really good for compressing if you don't have the actually boxes or gear. If you really want top tier quality go get yourself a pre-sonus compressor and get pro tools. Those things as much as I hate to say it help your quality drastically.
