if someone buys drugs from someone and they overdose on it, who's fault would it be??

everytime someone O.Ds off something its either the cops or the parents that always blame the dealers that sold them it. how the fuck is it the dealers fault? i mean sure..if it wasnt for the person that sold them the drugs they wouldnt have it, but thats not even true. if its not through someone they're gonna go through someone else and its the parents fault for not watching their kid and truly teaching them not to do drugs. the dealer shouldnt be responsible for the persons dumbass mistake of taking too much. people are supposed ta know about what they're buying.


i know this shits another drug thread but its pretty much the only thing worth making a whole thread over

i agree. if someone O.D.'s it's their own fault fo being stupid enough to do it in tha 1st place. I've sold drugs to family members n shit cuz i know if I don't, they'll just find it somewhere else, atleast if it's from me I know there's no fucked up shit added in wif it. you don't arrest tha owner of a gun sto cuz someone bought a gun there n used it to kill themself. werd

when you sell drugs you do it to provide a service from which you can make profit.

you dont do it for the love of giving people drugs... you dont do it because your being mindful of the stipulations and consiquences of what the drug will do to these morons...

you do it because the end result of your limited work, is a fat fucking roll of cash.

Both of them. If It wasnt for the dealer he wouldnt of got the drugs, If the kid wasnt so stupid he wouldnt of overdosed.

Without one there isnt the other, without the customer theres no dealers, without the dealer theres no customer.

^^either way theres still gonna be drugs and theres always gonna be someone thats gonna get their hands on them so even if there wasnt dealers there'd still be kids overdosing..except if there wasnt dealers the shit would be free if u know where to look..so again isnt the blame more towards the abuser?
