Coon - Blacks - Probably refers to the Portuguese word for slave pens or barracks "baracoons". Could also have meaning as a shortening of "raccoon", as raccoons have a tendency to steal.

Being born in Portugal, I felt it necessary to look up the word Portuguese. Relating blacks and stealing is just stupid, all races steal, and blacks have a more occasion to because blacks more occasionally live in poor places in America.
