More like, the worst time ever, to be alive.

You had just better hope Obama doesn't fuck up as president. He'd set a bad example for you Blackies.

Edit:

And Mccain wouldn't surprise a single soul on the planet..

I really don't think Obama's getting my vote for the simple fact I can't help but believing he's gonna win the election and go "Now what?" He doesn't have a good track record in my opinion and every time someone points out a flaw or mistake of his he has some bullshit ass excuse. How about owning up to your downfalls like a man and stop trying to be Mr. Popularity.

What I feel we need in our country right now is a man's man. Someone who will do what they think is right and suffer the consequences or reap the rewards, but offer no excuses, just apologies if he's wrong. I'm saddened to say that Hilary Clinton was more of a "man's man" than Obama is. When she got caught in a lie about being under sniper fire or whatever all she said was, "You know what, I must have been mistaken. I'm sorry for misinforming you and I hope this doesn't affect you feelings about me."

Once again, I feel McCain is the best choice right now until Obama proves me wrong. He just seems to take the common sense approach to situations and issues instead of the popular idea. Take for instance this new GI Bill. The democrats in congress already passed a bill to increase the GI Bill to cover 100% of your highest in state public university for 4 years. They are saying that the Soldiers are entitled to it for serving their hearts out in our war against idiocy. I agree with this whole heartedly. However, the bill that was passed through congress says that all Soldiers enlisting for at least 3 years and serve it out are entitled to the full GI Bill. So basically, you can enlist for 3 years, sit behind a desk and collect a check while others are serving their 4th and sometimes 5th deployment in the 8 or 9 years they were in, and you both get this GI Bill that is being compared to the one given to World War II vets. Fuck that. I've been in for almost 9 years now and am going on my first deployment. Do I feel I deserve this, hell no. I'd almost be ashamed to take it. Almost....lol.

John McCain proposed a similar bill that highlights the amount of deployed time as the key in the generosity of the benefit. Wow, what a fair way to do it. Are the Democrats even considering this, no. They have the amount of votes already to overturn a presidential veto, so they could care less. They are doing the popular thing which they say will increase recruitment, but what they don't realize is that it's going to kill retention. People all across the army are going to get out if they can get their college completely paid for. Ohh, did I mention they're even going to give a housing stipend? Yeah....fuckin great. Thank the Democrats when we're all speaking a different language in 10 years cause we didn't have a big enough army to withstand the attack from DirkaDirkastan

Good point of view but that's like acting the Middle east can overpower the U.S. and their allies.

/As If

and I wonder why some POW's from the Vietnam war hate Mccain. They musn't have a reason, correct? Just pure ol' hatred from a hater.

Mccain has proven he can't even pronounce the leader of Iran's name correctly. That's all fine and dandy, we all make mistakes, but he also admitted he knows nothing about the economy and only about foreign affairs so he must be educated.

Mccain, a man of cold hard steel and balls (Except he has a flabby face) wants to keep the troops in Iraq for a hundred years. Yeah, that's not a false quote, so it's unsurprising that he wants to pay troops for an amount of years they served. What'll it be, Cain? 20? Dude's just lucky to have advisers near-by when he's not reading off of a teleprompter, so they can correct him when he fucks up information out loud.

Alright, I completely disagree with McCain's view on the war, but that's the only aspect of his campaign (at least from what I've seen) that I disagree with. What I think we need is a "no bullshit" type of person in the White House. If Obama would just step up and be a man about things, I'd vote for him cause the second biggest issue I have, being a Soldier, is the war.

And stop with the Bush-McCain '08 shit cause they have completely different views on things.

And on a totally different note, John Stewart said it best when he said "if the war never happened, would we love George Bush?" He got elected cause he was the most likable guy at the time.....guess who that is right now? Obama.

And to 2V, you say that McCain can't pronounce the leader of Iran's name right. I say so what? You say he doesn't know much about the economy. I say he's got a good grasp on it by saying he's going to eliminate Pork Barrel spending and won't even look at any bills with earmarks.

I'm actually looking for reasons to vote for someone else cause I really don't want to be in the middle east for the rest of my military career, but you guys keep reminding me of why I want to vote for McCain.

Please give me some good reasons to change my mind.....seriously

Here's one very good reason for you to not vote for Mccain.

Yeah, I saw this last night when it was in your sig. Its just a bunch of random clips put together to make someone look bad in my opinion.

Those "better off" clips at the end I specifically know that in the first clip he was talking about we're better off as a country for going into Iraq. The second was saying that our economy is not better than it was 8 years ago. I remember watching that first part.....lol. This just shows how they're trying so hard to make this guy a flip flop.

Even at the end with all the tax cut shit.....there's all kinds of different tax cuts. Show the rest of the clips to see if he was talking about tax cuts for corperations, individuals, wealthy, middle class.......this isn't really showing me much.
