this simple,slow two steps been swept away
off the slate for far too long
my conciensce saying,"cant keep praying,
gotta instigate before your chance is gone"
always adoring beauty from a distance,
never shooting for the star
observing her grace,yearing to kiss lucious lips,
but feeling placed behind invisible bars
knowing internally oppurtunities arnt always infinite,
yet this was ment to be mine
these ideas sold to my mind emphasized belonging
my place bestowed beneath the divine
looking forward farther i find no more sufficientcy,
supplement to feed dried waters
my compliments found far from mint,
but now with hands on hips im proud ive got er
this endowed cloud ive bowed beneath
has now downed all its dreary rains
thunder and lightning now cease,
silent and calm they now remain with sound
no more cold chills in the midst of summers fields,
the strings finally come unwound
i would make attempts to change
but endurence would falter until i commensed to...
extricate my impediments at the halter
now fingers find their tips gripped on finer things
tearing the liner of my darker tint
with the accomplishment of dancing with this long desired dream.
