I sit in my plastic prison, a mind numbing class never ends,
this icy desk bringing derision, she laughs with her friends/
one or the other, the choice makes everyday a big question,
who do I wanna spend time with, who do I wanna invest in/
where feelings are money, the stake rises in my chest cavity,
choosing both is impossible, fly high the flag of depravity/
poker chips on my chest, dealer with an ace up his sleeve,
a joker slips into the deck, wrecking the whole hand for me/

I snap out of it quick, she wraps me in her mind peircing glare,
blue eyes radiating icey heat, freezing from her firey red hair/
she turns back around, and this time the dice start rolling,
dreading the snake eyes, like watching my mind unfolding/
swirling numbers of pips, choosing my fate in this love life,
beautiful one versus this other, all down to a roll of the dice/
to hell with that, crush the marble dice into a fine powder,
don't want to know the outcome, reality goes on louder/

the bells rings, bringing my gambling to a much needed halt,
my mind sings, I walk slowly out of the door of the vault/
I feel the roulette wheel, spinning in the back of my head,
red or black or nothing at all, I won't let myself be forcefed/
My beautiful one, or this fire haired girl with the ice eyes,
will either accept me? If neither could, I would never ask why/
this love is simply a game, fuck emotion, it all ends the same,
scribbling rhymes in the book of love, but I strike out my name/

well, this kinda connects to my last piece...but it's about something different. Tell me what you think

nice spit understatement,the whole love is just a big gamble thing was ill...the topic unwound itself slowly from the starting and finsihed revealing what it was all about...i liked it alot dun...i liked the starting verse with the joker wrecking hte whole deck for you nahmean,and how your sayin everything with this shit is all abou tluck,nothing more....it kinda gives you a fucked up picture when you think abou tit like that,everything or more important things all rely on luck,and how you play the hands your dealt...nice nice nice!
