EFL...1hr to spit/...

let me address that with this post:

- no EFL....it took 2 months for my trix battle to close. I dont want to happen again, so it will be placed in FL. If you dont like it, shut up.

- Again, 1 hr spit limit AFTER CHECK-IN....not from the battle thread set-up.
