naw the thang was he ws given 45 to life but they didnt even have all the evidence....according to him he was back stabbed by a long time family freinds who were real close to him but because of money they played him the wrong way making the whole shit up.............and using the relationship they had against him........................But if he does get out thats tight cuz he's a tight emcee
