While an interesting idea, and one that I would liek to see go through, I have my doubts pertaining to the ability to get said even up and running. Who would be in charge of it? Who would pay for renting space somewhere?

We should have it on my grandma and grandpa's farm here in podunk BFE Kentucky. 176 acres of free space. Anyone say field party?
