It's probably AOL. AOL has a lot of information database already loaded into their system and when you try to load extras such as GIFs or JPGs etc. It can cause it to run rather slow. My advice is get internet explorer.

i advise uninstalling it and eating the cd and installing any other isp or netscape or IE |

You can download Internet Explorer (if your computer doesn't already have it) off www.download.com I do believe.
For screen-shots use the "Print Screen" button above the "Insert" button (which is above the "delete" button). Then go into Paint (or Adobe, etc) and press paste. |
