what we need is mods for each forum who ONLY mod THAT forum. when people mod 5 or more forums their work load is spread too thin. this is what u need...

Hip-Hop Lounge - one mod

Emcee Interaction - one mod

RB's Legends - a mod from Elite Front Lines, Open Mic, Poetry, and Audio

Front Lines, Elevated Front Lines, Elite Front Lines - Same 3 mods

Cypher - one mod

Open Mic - one mod

Poetic Scriptures - one mod

The whole audio section only needs one mod

Crews - 2 mods

WEC - one mod

Investigated Reports should be run by super mods.

that would give us 12 mods that can focus on their own area instead of the 17 mods that we have that cant focus on anything. The super mods can pick up the rest of the work load. this would make the site run a lot more efficiently.

reason being, i tried to get people modded in mod lounge, but only maybe one if that was ever modded, although cprog said that if we recommended people theyd be modded.
