damn i didnt know i was older then bruk.... fuck it.... High dogg ull always have a place in ur heart for her no matter what, but it seems highly unlikly that u will ever see her again, and if u do it probably wont be the same, cuz thinngs change, i mean being friends wit a girl u like is hard and love is damn near impossible, but theres always hope. but my first instinct is to say to keep it goin but i realized that usually my first instict i wrong when it comes to girls.... so break it off stay friends, and like talk to other girls and get them to like u and shit and then see what happens...

Man, y'all are some serious pessimists....yes, long-distance relationships do work, and if you ain't got the strength to thrive while you're apart, you certainly ain't gonna be able to handle a lifetime commitment to anybody, long distance or not. You make it to the rough times with each other, then you can do anything. My man and I were in a long distance relationship for a year when I was 16 and he was 20. It was rough, and you can't help but suspect foul play going on on the other side of the court, but it was really just paranoia kickin in. Now, almost seven years later, we're married and got 2 little girls together, and you know what? It kicks ass, and that year apart made our relationship unbreakable. Good luck to the two of you.

When you were 16 and he was 20? =/ That's a little big illegal.
But he has a little bit of a different situation probably. She lives in England, he lives in America. Having to go across a sea to merely be with your girlfriend would suck. It's unlikely he'll be able to move back to England any time soon. And a year of not seeing a person would be incredibly hard.

A year of not seeing someone IS hard, I don't think anyone's under the impression that it's easy, and any long-term relationship, marriage, what have you, takes alot of work. Anyone who believes it's easy is fooling themselves...that's why the divorce rate is what it is in this country...people are to damn lazy to work at their marriages, divorce becomes the easy way. And as far as our relationship being illegal, yeah, I guess it was, but now at 23 and 27, doesn't really matter now.

I never said I found it easy, as I know different. But trying to keep a relationship together from opposite sides of the world is to hard. It would be different if they were older, as they would probably be able to see each other more often, but at sixteen hope is little, if not none. The idea of getting back together is great...but they’ll never do it.
High Class, how long have you two been going out?

yeah, everybody told me we couldn't do it either...yes, the odds are absolutely against you, but if you want to make it work, you can...if you're really not ready for a commited relationship, which most aren't at 16 (which is absolutely fine), then it won't work. Just depends on the relationship itself, not distace.

Look man im in one right now. My girls in California im in Oklahoma (Because of the Military) Man Ive been away from her for 2 years now. Only times i get to see her is when i go on leave. Dawg its hard as fuck to make it work. All kinds of shit gets in the way. Sometimes i feel like it aint worth it no more. But i dont know. She makes it hard sometimes for me. Ill tell you one thing i noticed man, she doesnt try as much as she used to. She was so perfect in my eyes, now im not so sure. I just hope she pulls her head out of her ass and realizes what shes doin. The odds are against you. And suspisions will run wild. Yo man we've been together for 5 1/2 years and it seems like to her that that doesnt matter anymore. I mean the whole reason i came into the Military was for her and to get away from the bullshit and have a better life. I dont know man just thinking about this fucking pisses me off. But thats my personal experience. But dont let anyone tell you something wont work.

Hold up...you said this girl was perfect..then why should distance come between you? if you do something you regret you'll be kicking yourself the rest of your life..you nmight lose a good friend..isn't there a way you can see her? ask her if you can be in an open relationship, where you can both see other people but you both turn a blind eye if the other fucks/gets fucked off someone else..that would work???

Well you see our relationship is somewhat confusing man...........Seeing other people is not an option with us. Its either us or not. And as for distance, distance is a bitch cause you start to lose the connection. And if im to ever find her wit someone else no lie i'd killem both. fuck that i aint goin have that!
