Cops are so lazy around where I live, They get called cuz me and my friends are on the roof of my building, and they thought we were smoking..I live across the street from a precinct. What do they do? Come in a Helicopter. But we were walking my friend home so we were already at the corner, all you see is the helicopter circling the roof. But when there was a shootout, it took them a good half hour-45 minutes to get there, and it was on the other side of my block!! So yeh, maybe its just the ones that live around here, And they don't go after much big, they give my friend 5 tickets for riding a Motor scooter. They don't do SHIT, and most are assholes, anyone in New York knows about those tickets they were giving out earlier in the summer. With the dude sittin on the crate and the pregnant chick?
