yea, i dont think they would be anywhere near as famous if they were still alive........ or they might be, but its like today u juss automatically give respect to tupac and biggie and dont question there skills as much as people like jigga and nas.......... if nas died today in a shootout or sumthin........... he would jump to the top of the list of best rappers ever......... i guarantee it, also eminem or jay........... but he already retired....... theres only a few people who cant get more famous dead, like puffy (no ones got that much respect for him) but theres no way hed get more famous, and maybe eminem............ he might be considered the best if he did, but its almost impossible for him to gain more fame.........

Depends on tha rapper.........my opinion on pac is that i think he would be equally famous dead or alive..........he's gotten that extra amount of love cuz he's gone be if he was alive he would of gotten that extra amount any ways but touchin more people through his music or by doin charity.....
