i dunno i'm not gonna though i think in emphasizes the play on words that some people wouldn't get if everyone were educated voters i guess you could drop them but they all aren't some people don't get what you sayin and you gottah explain at the end why the qoutations are their i wish ididn't have too but some people wouldn't get the verse then and you lose the vote cause they didn't understand...
