Count on..

Everyone seems to look to all the negative things in life, and forget all the great things you have.. just thought I'd remind everyone of all the things they truely do need to notice........

::Count on::

Count on the sun to rise,
And shed morning's light,
And when behind the clouds the sun may hide,
Count on the rain to nourish your life.

Take a breath of fresh air when you awake,
And let it blow away the pain you keep,
And if the air is not fresh when you wake,
Get a lung-full before you sleep,

Hold high your head and never let it down,
For you need to face your struggles head on
Enjoy all your pleasures while they are still around,
Because you will notice them more when they are gone

Put a smile on your face for every stranger you see,
And even more of a smile to some with frowns,
Because that stranger you see could be me,
And apprecitation can bring one up, when one feels down

Don't underestimate the value of love,
For emotions can't be counted in nickles and dimes,
And don't push away a friendly hug,
Because that hug can be the only thing you can count on in hard times.

Count on the darkness to be gone when out comes the light,
And when the light fades away, don't forget the darkness you greet,
And if all else seems to fail, in your life,
Count on the dreams before you sleep.
