ok ppl I downloaded Photoshop 8 and i need to know what to do after this popped up cuz my Pc needs to know Who created it and i aint got the files so will someone plz help me!

is it askin you for a publisher if so you should have an options to run the program without a publisher unless you are virus firewalled then a lot of times it won't allow you to run the program at all after that i have no idea...
