i copy the entire thing to a different file and just make the width and
height 2pixels bigger than it.

choose anything but a text layer...control A...edit>stroke...choose the number of pixela dn color...and walah..

but the sig...its aight...i like how u used the brick in the background...but its still kinda plain..joe looks a lil stretched as well...maybe its just me...but it looks stretched to me..and it was smart of u to put the ext right next to the pic ckuz it was cut off...goof thinkin on that...if u get ya text work betta...then it will be better...colors blend kinda ok...not the best blendin...like i told c bo..work on ya blendin options..change it up play wit it and it should look way better...

actually don't merge it jus make a new layer on top of everything an put tha stroke 2 center....it workz better plus if u wunna change tha border color u jus erase tha whole layer an redo it....try it if u don't believe me itz how i do it
