^^not for nothing, but I can't knock em. What Strobe gains is more credibility for the board and members for RV which equates to more $$ for him through things like sponsors and pay-per-click ads and so on. What do you get out of it? Nada.

With that said, I can't knock anyone for trying to make anything into a profitable endeavor. They just gotta be able to see the big picture. For me personally, "fun" is operating debt free with no real profit. Setting things up so at the end of the day I don't take a loss, but at the same note, don't make any profit. That's "fun" to me. Taking a loss is not "fun". "Business" on the other hand is getting more than what I put in. I don't see a mixtape for a messageboard as 'business' since it's really just for the entertainment of people here. If there's a way to get it for free, not many people will actually give a shit becuse they'll think it's worthless. When someone pays for something, they look further into it because they're making sure they git their money's worth. Big difference.
