Eminem has all of those fans, and sold a lot because he was DIFFERENT, nobody else rhymed like him at that time...EVERYONE was rappin like a 'gangsta' and they still are, Eminem was completely different from what everyone else was doing...how can you argue that?

first off it wasn't a black or white thing... i happen to like biggie's shyt.... i also think eminem got mad skills... y'all looking at it all wrong.... when BIG came out he had an image that was unheard of in hip hop... he was big, black, and most would say not too attractive... you have no idea how many artists get turned down cuz they don't have "the look"... not only that... look at what rap was like before he burst on da scene...
