make sure you flow GOOD either way Cats have flowed fast before bu there flo was still str8 ass...a fast flow doesnt necessarily mean a better one.

Twista has a nice flow but he spits to fast so its hard to appreciate what he says.
I think Chino has a nice flow and his delivery matches it he goes fast with it but you still catch what hes saying. So id say i like a mid tempo to fast flow but not as fast as Twista.
