I used to cry when this happened to me
it felt like I was bein tied down
it used to happen to me alot

How can I stop the sleep paralysis?

In severe cases, where episodes take place at least once a week for 6 months, medication may be used.

You may be able to minimize the episodes by following good sleep hygiene:


getting enough sleep
reduce stress
exercise regularly (but not too close to bedtime)
keep a regular sleep schedule

yeah, i wuz on that site too tryna figure out wtf iz goin on.

n yeah, my sleep scheduale iz so fucked up. i git like 1 and a half - 3 hours of sleep, go 2 skool, sleep on tha bus both goin n commin frum skool, come home n sleep untill 8 or 9pm (if my moms dont wake me up) thas wut i did 2day. n i usually sleep thru classes, but not az muchnow az i used 2, werd

that might explain my episodes.... my schedule changed constantly.... there were times where i'd work double shifts.... sometimes had to stay up just to go back to work 4 or 5 hours later.... shyt was stressful for real
