hate to break it to you, but your charges are definitely not double jeopardy. One charge apparantly is posession (which they would have hit you with regardless, since it's your car) after dude threw his heroine needle out of his pocket and into your car. The second charge you're facing sounds like violation of parole, which is entirely different and if you cursed at the judge, they prolly stacked a few contempt of court fines.

Call a lawyer. There's tons of services in your area that's willing ot give you free legal advice, but it may be too late for this. Tell a lawyer your situation and if you have a valid case, he'll instruct you to spend $25 and get a copy of your cases transcript so you can appeal the case. They'll even have you appeal while in jail. Of course, if you win it'll either be a reduced sentence, no sentence, or you'll get to sue them. In either case, CALL A LAWYER!! IT'S ALWAYS A GOOD IDEA!

wasent MY car..was my babies moms dads car..+ i wasent driving...+ i diddnt know the needle was in their...and i got hit a paraphanalia...<TYPO...

ANd wen u get put on probation...if u fail ur 1st test...it's not a violation man..everyone knows that..they even sadi that..cuz i diddnt moke while i was on probation...they tried to say i violated my ROR but...once i got sentenced...i was not on ROR...then they PULLED my sentence...and they r gona give me a different sentence now.,..thats why i said DBL jep..

hhhmm... Now that's interesting. Why'd thy give you a paraphenallia charge if you had no paraphenalia? You didn't think to say or do anything about that?

And yeah, if they truely are reopening your case to re-try you for the same offense, that'd def be a double jep. Regardless......call a lawyer.

is doing that now....he looked at the kid wen they were towing the car [my buddy] and said "if anything is found,u will be charged"...then i got papers in the mail w charges...

i diddnt wana pay for a lawyer n go to trial b4...figured 6 months probation..fuck it..but now thye wana act crazy..
