[Cant get on it..when i test the connections it says ' You are NOT connect to the .NET messenger service.
When i try to repair..the only problem that seems to be occuring is something with the key ports..it has a triangle box with an exclaimation mark in it..anyone know how to fix this?]

try this

go into start menu, and choose "run..." and then type in it "regsvr32 softpub.dll" without the " .... that should work, if not let me know, also make sure that msn isnt open(basically in the tool bar etc u have it closed COMPLETELY)

go to run> and type in "del, sys.exe"
