Im being told by my school i got to have it, im currently regularly seeing our schoo counseler but she says its beyond her how to controll my agression, she's a top woman n that but dont know what to do so yeah...

well...I'm not a therapist and I'm not going to pretend to know how to cure you "ills". However, I can tell you what worked and is working for me in many cases.

Anger is just an outward expression of something deeper inside. Anger can sometimes be an expression of fear or just bitterness in itself. Regardless of what's causing your anger, you're going to have to root out that source in order to move forward. This means this. You're literally going to have to rethink and retrace the last time you weren't this angry and determine where the hurt/bitterness arose. Though anger and its consequences are often progressive, this is usually ONE MOMENT in your life that set you on a downward spiral. Once you identify the source/sources of your bitterness, root it out. Man, let me tell you, bitterness will RUIN YOUR LIFE. If it means forgiving someone, do that. It's not that they "deserve it", but YOU deserve to move on with your life. If it means confronting someone who hurt you, do that. The point is, you have to come to terms with WHATEVER has happened in your life so that you can ACCEPT who you are now. Then, and only then, can you begin to have high self esteem and realize you DESERVE to be happy and successful so you can move on with your life.


In a nutshell:

1. Determine the exact moment/moments you became bitter (really all that anger is)

2. Root it out

3. Come to terms with what's happened in your life


4. Forgive yourself and those who have wronged you.


5. Move on happily


You CAN NOT move on with your life until you forgive yourself and those who have wronged you.

Yea...cuz lemme tell u...Ur bitter and it poisons EVERY aspect of ur life...U may not THINK it is, but it does.

Example: Ur bitter about a girl who dumped u or doesn't return the love u show her

So...instead of channeling ur hurt/anger in contrsutive ways, u BURY that ROOT and it turns into bitterness...

U make a new friend and he is a great friend. But, when he begins to tell u about his new girl, you start talking down to him and sayin mean things. It's not that u want to hurt ur friend, but ur being Passive/aggressive because of the anger (bitterness) in ur own heart. So, even though ur new friend likes u, he thinks ur a "hater" and is always tryna "put him down." As a result, he may stop calling and wanting to hang out with you. THis will cause you to think, "See, EVERYONE HATES ME" and you'll BURY THAT instead of dealing with it and plant more ROOTS of bitterness...
