Ya! Turn that fat into muscle!

Actually, fat, or any other part of your body for that matter, does not turn into muscle. Contrary to what people believe, working out or engaging in physical activities does not turn fat into muscle. It burns off the fat, reducing your total percantage of body fat, and builds up your muscles, thus making them larger.

yeah i cudnt be arsed breaking it down, its after 2am.. and q wtf would you know about me??? for the record ive started lifting weights again, finally got my bench back from dads, now just need to find sum where to put it cos there aint enough room in my bedroom can still use the dunbells though.
