apexx is fucking smart...thats all i have to say. someone reads...i'd say canada or sweden...i'm a big fan of taking 2 vacations a year free in sweden, and that whole free university thing *looks in pockets and sees fuzz*, but in sweden taxes are even worse then canada...health care is the same...I LOVE IT
