Well I didn't ask him personally, but our teacher had us write up questions for him to answer and mine was "Why do you think there are so many minorities in the prison system?" (don't turn this into a race arguing thread please, I did it for MY own amusement) and as soon as he got to it he goes, "Ooooh, not gunna go there. Next question." and I just sat there in amazement at how much of s pussy he was.

Later though, one of the kids in the audience actually asked him a question and she was all Afrocentric Jesus freak type girl but she was STRONG, she was like, "Why do they separate church and state!?! Why do they think they should take Jesus away from us and why can't we leave God in the Pledge of Alliegiance. PRAISE ALLAH!!!"








































Ok, she didn't say the praise allah part, but she did say the rest. And yes, he also dodged that question.

I think he "dodged" the question because even if he answered the question to best of his abilitiy, somebody would still get offended. Like, how do you answer that question to make everybody happy?

You: "Why do you think there are so many minorities in the prison system?"
Him: Well, I think it's obvious to everybody that the judicial system is racist as hell, and that it's blatantly obvious the government and court systems are trying to hold down the colored racial groups.

-Result: You take in account that he is a Superior Court Judge, and so he would have basically just said he's been biased against minority groups. He loses his job, as the news of his answer reaches the public, everybody fucking hates him. That's probably not the best route for him.

You: "Why do you think there are so many minorities in the prison system?"
Him: Well, I think it's because minorities don't really care about this country and refuse to abide by our laws. They'd rather go to jail than to keep peace in this country, which is blatantly displayed in the acts of crime they partake in to end up in jail in the first place.

-Result: He gets made out to be a racist and loses large amounts of popularity.

Those are just two answers he could have said that I thought up in like, 5 minutes. If you have one that would have not comeback on him for being a prick, then post it up. I don't really see that many cards he could have played in that situation.

Answer: Because the mentality and econmic situation facing minority groups leads to prison.


I dont see how saying that would get him in trouble.

I hear that after I left he was talking to the teacher and said that he didn't answer the question because it's a "controversial" subject, yet 10 minutes before my question he was discussing whether or not the High School Exit Exam should still be given to California kids.........like that's not a controversial issue? I don't care about that HE didn't answer it, I care that he instead chose to fully avoid the subject and not even leave it open for discussion like he did for the rest of the questions. If nothing else, he's a hypocrite.

And yes, what Indeph said would have been a good/neutral answer too, but he probably doesn't think that, which is why he dodged the question.
