ever heard of being associated with popular people? (kanye west), in mainstream its not about skill its who you know, the song doesnt make lupe better then some other emcee who made a song about the same thing just cuz its getting played more, it means he has good connections, not that hes the only person who can do that.

murs is ill.......3:16 is dope...murray's revenge is dope too....but he isnt from michigan i dont believe.....as one song on murray's revenge is called "L.A."...and the chorus goes 'im from L-A....californ-I-A, fool, the west coast'
