My stance on this is...

If you actually understand how narrow of a margin the chance is that humans do exist on this planet. You would be a fucking fool to not believe there is a god.

I dont like church, nor would I ever lower myself to actually attend one. But I believe compleatly in a god, just not in the traditional sense, to me, god could range from being a universal concience controlling everything in existance, to an extra-terrestrial species that planted the building blocks to evolve into the organisms we have here now.

God could be a concience of our galaxy which itself contains over 100 billion stars most of which contain their own solar systems as it spins and travels through space exceding 620 kilometers a second, or god could be the concience of a black hole that is causing the reletive movement of our galaxy from its center controlling our cycle.

But reguardless of what god may be, there absolutly positivly has to be one. Because if you had one chance for life spawning for every single particle in the entire universe, in the 15 billion years since the big bang, we STILL wouldnt have life on a straight up probability factor.

If our earth wasnt tilted in the correct way, we wouldnt have life... If the moon didnt exist, our earth would be spinning so fast a day would be 8 hours, and we wouldnt have life due to there being limited tides. If the big bang was slightly hotter, our universe would be comprised solely of helium and no life would spawn. I mean fuck, the list could go on and on...

You could ofcourse go off the anthropic philosophy where if the universe wasnt so perfectly adapt to posessing life, we wouldnt be here to observe its perfection at all.

But I think thats bullshit. Athiests are sad pricks with flawed logic. Consiquently, so are most religious people... But hey, contrary to popular belief, humanity is still an extremily primative race.. Our misconceptions and stupidity will slowly become ironed out through the comming centurys provided we dont kill ourselves off first.

Time will tell.

Hmm...I Believe...I Found that out this summer....

I dont attend church though...not because i find it boring..i find alot of people there to be Extremely Hypocritical at times..(i even find myself being that sometimes) but i do believe..

but at one point i did consider myself an Athiest or an Agnostic so i know where they are comin from while my views arent the same anymore I dont find them to be nessacerily wrong in their views..just having a different opinion..

See this is where you get it wrong.. My views are exactly that of Newton in the 1600's when he said "christianity went wrong when in 300AD the crumbling roman empire proclaimed Jesus was a very aspect of the deity that created the universe".

Jesus was a man. A very intelligent educated man at that, but he was still a man.

This video is compleatly meaningless to me.. The majority of the images you see in that clip dont even look a fucking thing like jesus.

Really all your belief's just come down to the fact that you take ancient jewish text's 100% seriously. The same text's were written during a time period when humanity went off maps where hell was just below the ground and heaven was just above the earth, the same time we thought the world was flat, and stars were just a flat image overlayed ontop of our atmosphere.

This entity you choose to believe has been proved wrong countless times, changed its scriptures, kept people away from the truth, burnt people for not believing what they believe, killed for power, burnt all texts that didnt co-incide with their teachings and they continue to hold onto old antiquated ways of thinking with prejudice for all other schools of thought.

I have a lot of respect for Yeshua Bin Yosef, he was a very smart man. But there have been countless prophets over time that were just as smart and some probably even smarter...

The only difference being, Jesus got in with the right people at the right time and his deciples began a religion that idolises him as a god.

Your very bible says never worship idols and call them god. Do you really think Jesus (the man) would want you people to go round worshipping his statue and pictures and praying to him over god himself?

Your logic is helplessly flawed and you dont even realise it.

I actually pity you for not realising the evil bullshit proporganda your church perpecutates to grasp onto that last little bit of power comming into this new century.

Even gallileo was put on lifelong house arrest for saying the world is not flat, what really makes you think your backing the right team when they couldnt even get something as simple as that right....

I was also raised in a christian household.. Went to church and everything. I don't necessarily not believe in a spiritual side to life and a higher power of some kind, I just dont believe in the God outlined in christianity.

I personally believe most religions are almost entirely bullshit, and are almost all created to profit off the human beings innate fear of death and simply spread ignorance and false promises. I prefer to draw from different philosophies to create guidlines that I feel fit my life, rather then become a lemming to some outdated texts interpreted in a completely biased way in regard to someone elses beliefz.
