If a person or family is broke as fuck, they should get help. The percentage of minorities in poverty is irrelevant to the topic at hand, and that's why I said to throw it to the side right now. Because porptionally more minorities are in poverty, they should be the only ones getting help even if a white dude is suffering just as bad? PLEASE explain that logic to me.
