I think it should be brought back but to a certain degree...
...you would need solid evidence that the person receiving it is actually innocent. Petophiles, Rapists and Wife Beaters should get it automatically in my opinion, but that would never happen. I guess when you think about it, getting locked up for life and then dying would be much shittier than just dying.... |
