when you lie to someone, do you actually feel guilty afterwards?

i'm asking this because i'm experiencing it right now, like right right now
and everytime i think about it i wanna barf, and this shit sucks.

it wasn't even a big lie, just a little lie and now it's urking me

Who cares if you lied, it's your fault you lied and your fault you feel guilty. So do whatever you think you need to do to get over it and don't come on here asking for people to solve your problems.

nah i dont lie very often.

but i feel guilty all day when I don't finish my exercises out of being lazy. Or when I was sitting in my house like "I need to do homework" and dont do it. cause i know im just hurting myself in the end and wasting time. Not sure if its the same kind of guilt but whatever

But usually if I do lie, its gotta be something huge, not a little bs lie. Those big ones suck tho cause they always put it in my ass later.
