^^Okay, so I'm not going to buy that EXACT building. But, God willing, I plan to acquire a warehouse size facility to open up a self-storage business.

Then, I plan to inquire about parking lots in D.C. Parking in the city is at a premium. So, if I can own my own parking lot, it could be a great investment!


I don't plan on "quitting my day job." Rather, these and other businesses will provide supplemental income so I can achieve my ultimate goal of starting my own foundation.

With my foundation, I want to send 10,000 kids to college for free. So, I figure at 25 grand a year, for 4 years, I'll need over a billion dollars!

yo i respect that shit man.. not a lot of people help the kids or anyone at the fact.. some people have a problem lending $20 to Fam.. but yea man go for that shit..
i'm also saving up for a buisness too for the Teens/ young adults..
since the imports and drifting and shit is so popular right now i wanna open a Self garage.. start out with 3 lifts.
people can rent them by the hour or by the day.. and it pays for the liift the tools (air guns and torque wrenches etc..) ofcouse they have to pay like $200 up front or a credit card..just for me to hold incase they break anything expencive..
i still dont have it planned 100% but i kno this will be good cuz everyone that knows how to work on cars cant cuz they dont have the tools or need a lift.. and labor now-a-days cost a shit load so i hink this will help em out..
