Anybody seen this movie...

With some little kid (like 10 years old) that gets hooked on PCP and just starts fuckin' wylin' out? He had a quote that was like "I'ma leave train tracks around yo muthafuckin' eyes". Just wondering, 'cuz I heard that line sampled in some track and my friend was telling me about the movie but couldn't remember the title. And I searched all over imdb but didn't find anything.
Anybody know what I'm talking about?

Word, but I just found out it was originally in The Education of Sonny Carson, from 1974. Just seen it earlier, dope movie.
