i havent followed the link but here's my 2 cents

when somebody speaks publicly they should always give a though to any potential connotations drawn from what they may say and speak accordingly

it would be inappropriate for a music channel presenter talking about an muslim rapper saying "he's gonna blow up and take the charts by storm"

or an native american business being descibed "completely wiped out by the competition" where said competition is white owned

obviously it seems more trivial when whats being said couldnt be seen to apply to only your own ethnic or social group but if i can then some will take offence to it
