How do you get it on both sides. Its on both sides on my set. But on others it seems to be on one side. Help

you talking about the sides of the sound input?
gotta set it to mono - Input L. i don't use Cool Edit so i don't know what exactly its called, but you gotta do that in any DAW. |

u got volume. then underneth it u got pan. u just pan either way till its normal, but if u lay vocals and duble them u want each one left panned 15 or so left and same right. tell me if thats what u talkin about.
