I voted that he is more than likely dead. If he was really alive, I think that people would know it. I doubt his mother would go 7 years without seeing her son, and put on that big of an act and make it realistic. However, for all those people that cant get over he is dead (like you hottie.. ), I also heard that his life insurance was never claimed. Thus meaning he wouldn't get into much if any legal trouble if he 'ressurected'. So there is something to add to your case. Also, I know you didn't type that text in your original post as I have read it on a website before.
