(wrote this bout a good friend of mine who means alot to me)

back in the day we were as tight as knots in ropes/
when u told me u were leaving, i heard the shattering of my hopes/
i lost you forever that wat it felt, but it was simply a year/
for if i knew wut i was really losin id shed one more tear/
i felt like i lost you for that period of time/
i felt a little hoples...i was losin ma mind/
the day that i saw you in late september/
i just stopped in my tracks, sat back and remembered/
all the good times we had, then i thought what i lost/
as i wondered wut it felt like, so cold, i almost though i grew frost/
then you emailed me and u gave me this fire inside that was burnt out/
we talked for hours, you gave me insight, told me wut u were all about/
we met up and i saw you again/
everything went back to when i was like ten/
you dont know wut u mean to me/
you commin back made a feeling locked in me, be set free/
now i feel like our friendship is recindled/
u contactin me was a signal/
i just felt like you were special, you have somthin more/
i cant lose u again...i might drop to the floor/
as i just sit and realise wut ive gotten back in ma world/
i kno that you are differnt, your one amazin girl/

damn...this is one of the great poems ive seen so far...i really liked how the emotions flows through the poem....i kinda relate to it...but damn ppl....why u guys sleepin on such a great piece like this...i hate it when they just sleep on u.....but yeh keep droppin
