shut your mouth, i been listening to rap my whole life, and i still say its not dying, as long as we are doing it, it will live on. right now their is some wack shit on the radio, but its selling more then ever, and right now, its turning in the right direction. look at some of the people finally making it to MTV and BET. Talib, Pitch Black, Atmosphere, Aesop Rock(<-booo) K-os, Kanye West, Blackalicious, Mos Def, Jean Grae (she had a interview about her on MTV) Little Brother (they where on MTV you hear it first) i seen Brother Ali beat boxing while Slug freestyled during the end credits of a show but i dont know what that show was. its slowly going back to where it should be. their is still alot of DJs, break dancing isnt as big graff is world wide. you see it everywhere its far from dead and the graff artists now days are more complex then they were back in the day. only problem is its harder to do today then it was back then. hip hop lives as long as we keep it alive, but you guys bitching about it, and doing nothing to change it are just as bad as the guys fucking it up. instead of bitching why dont you work your ass off and change the game. |
