I remember hearing about a programme a while back about this. A young Kazakhstani (Just south of Russia) boy who went into hospital with an inflated stomach. They eventually realised he was pregnant....

...with his twin brother (sorry, no incest/transexual mutilation with this one..). They took it out. It was dead.
