They really are bleeding.

What's done is a sliver of razor blade (or exacto, whatever) is wrapped into the tape on their hands or wrists...

They get clocked with a chair...

They hit the ground, clutching their head...

Whilst clutching, they unwrap a bit of tape, slice their own heads open a touch...

And then when they move their hands away from their face...

Walla! Blood!

How the hell could you use a blood pack?

Have you seen some of these guys busted open?

The camera zooms in to show the blood is dripping, sometimes pouring, outta their heads...

Someone back me up on this...

They really do bleed.
