I dont have enough posts to officially vote but here's my thoughts:

Flow- Both had good flow & structure, so Id say it was a tie in this category
Punches- This is where the battle was really decided. KLO had a decent
punch or two, but most just didn't hit hard, and lacked any real
creativity. VanIlla' also didn't have any punches that were that
special, but had a good opener. Seemed
a little flat in the middle... but again he came on strong w/ the
closer. VanIlla gets this category, for using more creativity and
hitting w/ harder punches.
Personals- VanIlla gets this too, with the nice opener and because KLO
didn't have any.
Vocab- Tie. Basic from both
Creativity- VanIlla. KLO had nothing that seemed that original except
for the shopping list line. Not that VanIlla' blew hit out the
water with his creativity, but his ideas didn't feel quite as played
as KLO's.
Overall- VanIlla takes this with harder hitting punches, a good personal
to start the verse and for using more creativity.
