It is common knowledge that if an American is involved in an acident in Saudi Arabia, not only is it the americans fault, be he must pay for everything including the investigation. I mean everytime I'm in that God forsaken place I refuse to drive and have a GI escort with me, even though that does little in my defense if there is an accident.
