I wasn't sure what to classify this as, but based on others opinions people've told me it gave them more of a poetic vibe then it did rap. Either way, if you could look this over and give me some feedback I'd appreciate it.
The kids is getting younger while they minds is getting older, They grow up with an attitude always lookin over shoulder, Youngens barely count to 8 and yet they holding up a 9, Should be running round the street but yet they on their cell phone line, Dude's 28 years old asking this boy to run his drugs, A kilo of white all stashed inside a big ass roll of rugs, Wait a second, what's that sound? Can I hear a siren. Nowhere to run but still he tries, then they started firin'. One in the arm, one in the back. Junior falls to the floor. Cops trying hard to resusitate, but Junior: he ain't breathin no more. The mother grieves solemnly and the brothers start to weep, Momma falls into depression and the boys lives is steep, One month passed: family is broken now that momma's taken her life, Boys was at school when she looked at Juniors picture and cut her veins with a knife. Back around we come and Junior number 2 is starting work along with his nieces, Mr. Drug Dealer has another package, and another family to take to pieces.
