IP Address is weird?

IP:

I need some help wit my IP or some info about it coz ive noticed that it's the same as other members on this site.

Now i know this cant be right as i am the ONLY 1 who uses this P.C and i desperately need an explination as im got a PM from Casual mentioning this and im innocent please help!!!
