killbill22: Today on RV spotlight we welcome Seventhird, what's really Seventhird?
ILLeeT 1: The name comes from Seventhirty-- a slang term for crazy\
ILLeeT 1: but too many clock personals on seventhirty, so hence seventhird
killbill22: Gotcha, so 7/3 you are one of the doper audio heads on rv. tell us how you got started?
ILLeeT 1: I had wanted to get back into writin rhymes after a long break from doin it- one day I was chillin with my girl and we picked up some equipment, I signed up to rv and met tonyself
ILLeeT 1: we started makin tracks immediately
killbill22: Tell our audience about Tony Self for those who have never heard of him.
ILLeeT 1: Thats my boy from Boston- Him and me got a dope connection on makin tracks togeter... he used to be on RV but in July had some issues he had to iron out so hes without internet now, but he mails me tracks every once in a while to drop until his return.
ILLeeT 1: probly only cat I'd meet from online- we plan on workin in the future on some real life shit.
killbill22: So have you ever met in real life?
ILLeeT 1: nah- we probly gonna get up at a casino this winter and start workin on an lp.
killbill22: So tell us what makes a good audio track?
ILLeeT 1: an emcee makes a good audio track... theres so many elements that go into it that its very hard to break down, but If you can come with an original sound thats clean and professional you've won half the battle.
killbill22: You mention clean sound, what programs do you personally use to get this clean sound you talk about?
ILLeeT 1: I use the basic cool edit mastering tools... along with a couple plug-ins... Everything I do can be found in Audio Assistance... lots of good info in there on making your songs sound professional.
killbill22: Bitches get Stitches is in your Avy, what does that exactly mean?
ILLeeT 1: just a trinket... It has no special meaning, it is what it is-- Bitches get Stitches -- Those who don't know, find out.
killbill22: Word, watch out fools cuz this aint ER. you go home with a cut, your just gonna bleed. Talk about AI, and how that came about?
ILLeeT 1: ahh A.I is my shiit... It's kinda funny cuz when the opportunity first came up I wasn't with it, but Talkin to Deadly a few times I knew it was home... And when the chance came I brought Audiology to A.I and have decided to stay for however long I'm on RV... in this place everyone is movin a mile a minute changin names and shit, but A.I is consistent thats why I like it there.
ILLeeT 1: and the members there make shit fun... lots o' love lol
killbill22: Word I agree, DV and me have been boys for a minute. When I finally joined AI, I knew it was home. Tell us something about 7/3 we don't know.
ILLeeT 1: hmmmmm.... Im not a dick?

ILLeeT 1: I dropped out of highschool and got Straight A's in college... ;-)
